ANIR EXPERIENCE @ WORK: with children, building homes, HIV/AIDS & Malaria & Eco-Education Safaris...

(South Africa, March 2008)…it takes me
awhile for things to soak in, but wow, what a
soaking!!!! Thank you again so very, very,
very much for allowing us to be a part of
    your trip & build & everything...just
absolutely marvelous!!!!! We have told our
own 3 kids & spouses that they MUST
someday travel with you [Anir Experience]...&
all the young people at our church!!! You are
special...& the whole journey was so, so
special! Sheri, San Deago California, USA

(Madagascar 2007) Anir Experience, I had
never been to Africa before.  After returning
home, I can't imagine having used another
program!  Both Adrienne and Rachel are
    wonderful, respectful, outgoing and knowledgeable
hosts, which made the program even more
memorable.  It was a great balance of learning
more first-hand about AIDS and its effects on
the culture, exploring less-touristy but equally
wonderful neighborhoods in Cape Town, and
visiting beautiful landmarks, such as the Cape
of Good Hope.  I have to admit how nervous I
was to go to Africa for the first time, but Anir
Experience was the perfect way to visit it.  This
program has positively impacted me in so many
ways, and has made me extremely eager to re-
visit Africa.  I am so grateful for every
experience that Anir Experience has given me!

(Zambia 2009) "Ndakezi holds my hand as he points out the world &
tells me we are all its people... I have come to his school - A non
expert but an American with reliable Internet access, a love of McD's
value meal & on-off listenership of hip-hop music... I teach about
issues that don't affect me: HIV and Malaria and pit latrines -- But
Ndakezi asks for them to affect me.
As we reach a clearing in the sea of smiling faces happy to see one
so much like their own, His grip tightens, he squints towards the sun,
stares up at me and says:

'Lets share the load. Lets throw our kickstands down lets dance with
    one hand waving free'..."
