Post-build PHOTO SAFARI
Travel to our photo safari may be by air or include an overnight in Johannesburg (JNB). If we spend the night
in JNB then 9:00 AM the next morning we will be picked up and transported by 2 mini-vans (they call them
combies) and drive 5 hours to Hoedspruit – this drive will take us through some of the wonderful South
African landscapes; cities, lowveld, highveld, bush forest and numerous villages.
Short Experience
Day 1 We will arrive at our game preserve late afternoon or early evening, settle into our cottages and then
ready for an evening game drive and then an outdoor dinner in the boma.
Day 2 starts out at 6:00 AM (if you wish) for a Bush walk (bush walks are usually every morning so if you would
like to sleep in this or any morning its OK) – the bush walk usually includes the resident orphan cat (cheetah
and/or lion) – after the walk breakfast - then the morning game drive – lunch – rest – afternoon game drive –
tea – evening game drive – dinner – night viewing -- all drives and events are optional but ALL are included.
- Day 3 – After the dawn walk, breakfast and a short morning drive (if we fly in) or just the walk and breakfast if
we drive in - we then depart for JNB and the flight home
Little longer Experience -
Day 3 We visit Kruger National Park for a full day game drive dawn to dusk
Day 4- After the early morning walk and breakfast we depart back to JNB to catch an evening flight home.
